Meet Your Hive
Lindsey Kirk, QueenBee & CEO
As QueenBee and CEO of LevelUp, I’m in charge of running the Hive, ensuring customer satisfaction, and finding new ways to support businesses and our worker bees. As a former FMO/IMO owner and COO, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to LevelUp. I’ve worked in the financial services and insurance industry for 19 years, and made a career out of supporting sales teams, insurance agents and advisors. I extensively know licensure, contracting, annuity new business, and have experience also supporting Life Insurance, Disability, AUM (Assets Under Management) and so much more. My passion is lifting up others, whether that’s through supporting them administratively, helping them expand their business, or just providing encouragement or advice to those struggling. That’s why I chose the name “LevelUp.” I am as passionate about Leveling Up small business and financial advisors as I am my worker bee staff and anyone I can!
At home, I have a wonderful husband of 18 years, Stu, and 2 lovely daughters, Audrey, 14, and Reese, 11. I’m also the proud cat mom to 3 rescue cats: Doofy, Chewie, and Toonces.
Sandy Gaylor, HoneyBee & CMO
I’m Sandy and I’m the CMO and HoneyBee of LevelUp. It’s a pleasure to meet y’all.
I begin my career in the FinServ world in the IMO/FMO space as an Annuity Marketer, before exploring the RIA space and, finally, landing in the entrepreneurial sector supporting my husband, David Gaylor, with his personal practice & promotion of Income Allocation. My passion for continuing my husband’s work in Income Allocation has collided with my development of marketing & social media resources for Advisors in this role!
I strive to understand my clients & their projects, in order to respect their time & maximize the impact of our marketing projects. My understanding of the industry & the challenges faced by many independent Advisors helps us build resources that solve the problems that face your business. Give us a buzz to chat about plugging custom marketing or Income Allocation marketing resources into your practice!
When I’m not focused on marketing, you’ll find me buzzing around supporting David’s recovery, chasing Sunny & Luna (our labradors) or Braden & Addy, my teenagers. You might also catch sight of my indoor jungle of houseplants in the background of one of our Zoom meetings. I’m so excited to work alongside you and can’t wait to see what we can create to market your hive!
